LESSON THREE
The Art of Catholic Apologetics
Practically, how are we to go about practicing apologetics? In this third lesson, you’ll learn three Greek terms to guide your rhetorical engagement: logos, pathos, and ethos. When engaged in theological conversations with nonbelievers, we want to ensure that we are making orthodox statements and portraying the Faith accurately. But we also need to show Catholicism is alive, interesting, and beautiful! Ultimately, you will be invited to consider how your own life of virtue and prayer bears witness to the truths you are trying to convey to others.
